The first instalment is charged upon completion of the purchase, the second after thirty days, the third after sixty days, and the fourth after ninety days. The instalments are debited completely automatically.

Splitty.com offers a Price Guarantee Policy. If you qualify, Splitty will refund you in the following manner:
- First, you'll receive a voucher for $50 off your next stay with Splitty, which is a $250 minimum value before taxes and fees.
- For a refundable booking, Splitty will either help you cancel your booking so you can rebook at the lower price, or they will refund 100% of the difference after travel is completed.
- For a non-refundable booking, you'll receive the price difference in the form of an additional voucher for 100% of the difference for your future booking on Splitty Travel.
To qualify, you must contact Splitty within 24 hours of your booking with all the details of the other deal. The other deal must be bookable online and still available when Splitty checks, and it must be an exact match. The deal cannot be a special membership rate, loyalty points, frequent stayer rate, rewards programs or special promotion made available through the accommodation provider.
